For care & social
Lack of time, increasing work demands, severe exhaustion...
There are different requirements and challenges in the care and social sector than in a company. Employees in care facilities and social organizations are often under considerable time pressure and have to care for their patients and clients under ever-increasing work demands.
- Mental and physical stress
- High working speed
- Lots of overtime
- Few breaks
- More and more people in need of care
- …
This leaves little room for participation in corporate health management (chm) measures.
This is why we have used our wide-ranging experience from numerous projects to develop services that are geared precisely to these special conditions. Our tailor-made solutions take into account the requirements and challenges of the care and social sector. In this way, we enable you to implement effective occupational health management measures despite the demanding working conditions.

Financial support from health insurance companies
There is not always enough budget available to implement all the necessary measures in corporate health management (chm) and workplace health promotion (whp) in organizations in the care and social sector. However, there are various approaches to overcoming these challenges (see our services).
One effective option is to apply for financial support from your health insurance provider. Many health insurance companies offer grants and funding programs to support health-promoting measures, especially in care and social facilities. These grants can help you to successfully implement important health projects despite limited resources and thus promote the health and well-being of your employees.
Good to know:
According to Sections 20 and 20b of the German Social Security Code V (SGB), health insurance companies are obliged to provide services for preventive health promotion in companies and to support their implementation in companies.
