Hi, I’m Vivi.

I don’t have a real hobby except the motto ‘just do it’. Sometimes you can find me in the mountains, on my racing bike, dancing at a party or taking time out for yoga. Most of all in company and in the sun 🙂

I am currently combining my bachelor’s degree in health sciences with a part-time master’s degree in business psychology. For me, a healthy, employee-oriented & appreciative organisational culture is a key factor for corporate success. I strive to incorporate my knowledge into my work every day and to establish such a corporate culture at movement24.

At movement24 I am responsible for the People & Organisation department and take care of a working atmosphere in which employees can use their strengths and are appreciated as people. My area of work is particularly varied and diverse. From office management to team development, organising staff events, employer branding or organisational development, it’s all here! And that’s what I particularly appreciate about my job at movement24. No day is the same as the next and I can organise my work independently and flexibly thanks to the trust I am given and the freedom to act.
